Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the umbrella in its original protective sleeve and shipping box to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
